Minced chicken
Our youngest son who is almost 11 years would like this dish of minced chicken if he can choose. It is quick to make and is a clearly filling and practical everyday dish for the family.
• 3 dl sour cream
• Canned grilled peppers
• 3 tablespoons chicken stock
Pour all the ingredients into a jar and run them with a hand mixer until it all is well mixed and then set aside.
• Ghee or butter for frying
• About 700g minced chicken
• 3 chopped garlic cloves
• 1 chopped yellow onion
Fry the minced chicken and then add onion and garlic. When everything is cooked through, add the sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Clear! Serve with some cauliflower and salad.
