Chili

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 6 pressed garlic cloves

  • 150 g veal liver (optional but it is a great opportunity to sneak nutrition into a stew)

  • 1 kg minced meat. I myself take minced meat that has both beef and pork in it to get up the fat content

  • 2 dl bone broth or take beef broth

  • 4 tablespoons chili flakes

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 teaspoons cumin

  • A jar of chopped tomato

  • 10 slices oven-roasted tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup tomato puree

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

Run the liver in a food processor until it becomes kind of a cream. Then fry it thoroughly in oil and then pour it into a thick-bottomed saucepan. Then fry the minced meat in the oil and then add the onion and garlic. Let it all be completely cooked through and then pour it into the saucepan as well. Now it's time to add the rest of the ingredients and let it all simmer on medium heat for about half an hour. Now it´s ready to serve with, for example, salad of cabbage, creme fraiche, coriander.

How good and handy!
