Roasted pumkin

Roasted pumpkin is both a good and useful accessory that gets far too little attention. Here is an easy recipe that is especially suitable for meat. Set the oven to 225 degrees

  • Divide the pumpkin and dig out of it

  • Then cut it into wedges and folds onto a plate.

• Pour over olive oil and make sure everything is greased

  • Salt and pepper

• Run the plate in the oven for about 20 minutes

• When serving, feel free to sprinkle on extra flake salt and pumpkin seeds

Ps. If you are in the process of grilling, you can also grill the pumpkin on the grill until it becomes soft.
