Smoked mackerel salad with pumpkin seed cream

Make a salad of

• Planed asparagus

• Ruccola

• Broccoli bouquets

• Pieces of smoked mackerel

Then measure this in a beaker:

• 1 dl pumpkin seeds

• 1 tablespoon capers

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1/2 pressed lemon

• Salt

Mix this into a mess using a stick mixer. And place the pumpkin core cream on the salad. Decorate with leaf parsley and roasted pine nuts.
