Broccoli and blue cheese gratin

  • Olive oil to lubricate an ovenproof dish with

  • A big stand or two small with broccoli

  • 140 g blue cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 dl sour cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Put the oven on 200 streets and grease an ovenproof dish with olive oil. Distribute the broccoli and then the blue cheese evenly in the dish. Mix eggs with creme fraiche and then pour the batter over the broccoli and cheese. Set in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the gratin has a nice color. Serve with some salt such as casseroles, cold smoked salmon or bacon.


Put the broccoli on a dish

Add the blue cheese

Mix the eggs, creme fraiche, salt and pepper

Pour the eggmixture over the broccoli and broil until the gratain has a nice color.
