Hamburger bread/buns

1 l grated mozzarella cheese

6 tbsp cream cheese (crème fraiche also works)

7 1/2 dl almond flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

3 eggs

1 dl nutritional yeast (can be omitted)

salt

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put all the cheese in a heavy-bottomed pot and heat on the stove, medium heat. Mix almond flour, nutritional yeast and spices in a bowl and when the cheese is completely melted, pour it into the bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. I recommend using your hands as it will make mixing easier. Then you have to work in the eggs so that it becomes a sticky but cohesive dough. Form 10 buns. It is not possible to roll them, but rather you have to "clap" them on a baking sheet that is either greased or lined with baking paper and sprinkled with Everything but the bagel. Bake for about 15-20 min. Share the bread, build hamburgers and eat on the bounce. Serve with oven-roasted sweet potatoes.
